How does free local pickup work?

If you live in a town we have a market scheduled in, you’re more than welcome to pick up your order there! Just use the code MARKETPICKUP at checkout, and make a note of which market we can expect to see you at.

Will you deliver locally?

Unfortunately, we’re only able to deliver to businesses and wholesale accounts. Businesses should use the code BUSINESSDELIVERY at checkout.

Can I track my package?

Yes. After your order has shipped, we'll email you a tracking number.

How quickly will my package arrive?

We use USPS Priority shipping, unless there's a more expedient affordable option. We ship packages within 2 business days of purchase, and they will arrive within 5 business days. They usually arrive in less time than that.

Want to pay for faster shipping? Let us know in a note at checkout. We'll quote you a few more expedient shipping options, and then invoice you for the difference via PayPal.

What if I'm shipping a gift?

Thanks for sharing us! Write us a note during checkout with the address you'd like your order shipped to. Want to include a note in the gift? Throw that in the comment section during checkout too. We'll also gift wrap the package just because.

I got a shipping notification email addressed to the person I had my order shipped to. What's that about?

Right now we're only able to send tracking numbers through our shipping service. We're working on a solution, but in the meantime we add the purchaser's email address to the gift recipient's shipping address in order to get information to the one who shipped it. Thanks for your patience as we artists figure out technology!

What if I need to make a return?

It's easy! Contact us and we'll email you a return shipping label. Send the items right back in the box they came in. We ask that you make returns within 30 days, and let us know what went wrong so that we can fix it in the future. We also want to make things right with you, and will do everything we can to do so.

Do you use sustainable packaging?

Of course! We reuse packaging whenever possible, and source recycled package filling when we buy new.
